Lesson Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Notice Required
Changes or cancellation of lesson must be made 24 hrs in advance. Failure to do so will result in a $30.00 charge made to student's account.
Cancel or reschedule lessons with 24+ hours notice - No charge
Cancel or reschedule lessons with less than 24 hours notice - $30.00 charge
Contact us immediately if you need to cancel due to emergency
Road Test Cancellation Policy
72-Hour Notice Required
Students must give the school 72 hours notice to cancel a road test booked by the school. Failure to do this may result in ICBC charging the student a $25.00 late cancellation fee.
Cancel road test with 72+ hours notice - No ICBC charge
Cancel road test with less than 72 hours notice - $25.00 ICBC charge
ICBC charges are separate from our school fees
School Cancellation Rights
The driving school has the right to reschedule/cancel any lesson due to unforeseen circumstances such as:
Severe weather conditions
Vehicle mechanical issues
Instructor illness or emergency
Road closures or traffic incidents
We will provide as much advance notice as possible and reschedule at no additional cost to the student.
Refund Policy
Completed Lessons
We do not offer refunds for lessons already completed.
24+ Hours Notice
Discontinue request made 24+ hrs in advance - Full remaining balance refunded by cheque.
Less than 24 Hours
Discontinue request made less than 24 hrs - Charge for 2 hours, remaining balance refunded by cheque.
